Battery Life For Nokia Lumia 800
How’s the Battery Life on the Nokia Lumia 800?
The 3G talk time test for the Nokia Lumia resulted in 8:25. GSMArena found it lasted nearly an hour and a half longer than the N9 and forty four minutes better than the Apple iPhone 4S.
The Nokia Lumia 800 didn’t lead in the Web browsing test, but it didn’t do too bad either. It took 4 hours and 7 minutes of refreshing web pages with GSMArena’s automated script to deplete its battery. In comparison, the iPhone 4S lasted almost three hours longer.
In the video playback test, the Nokia Lumia 800 scored 5:52. It got smoked by the Nokia N9 by almost three hours.
In conclusion, the GSMArena found you have to charge the Nokia Lumia 800 every 35 hours if you do an hour each of browsing, video playback and 3G calls per day. Power users spend a lot more time on their phones, but I think they did a great job setting a baseline for their tests.
With my usage, I have to plug it in every night so I can have a full charge when I wake up. How do you feel about the results?
